Senior Building Surveyor - West End (commercial)

Position:  Senior Building Surveyor

Location: London, West End

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + bonus

A boutique building surveying specialist is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their West End offices.

My client is a dynamic modern organisation who pride themselves on delivering high levels of service. They operate across the commercial property sector exclusively working with clientele such as investors, developers and high net worth individuals.

Due to the increase in workload a position in the team has arisen. We are looking for a business minded surveyor who has the appetite to fulfil their potential and progress their career. You will have the full support from the Partners to achieve promotion and financially benefit from the lucrative bonus scheme.

Responsibilities;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Schedules of condition
• Dilapidations (tenant and landlord)
• Party wall matters
• Design and specification
• Manage projects up to £5million
• Refurbishment
• Project monitoring

About you;

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Proven fee earning experience
• Motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Client facing demeanour
