Interim Development Surveyor- Council - South East - £300+ per day - 6 Months

​My South East based local authority client (client confirmed on application) is looking for an interim Development Surveyor for an initial 6 month period.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will need to have development viability experience for delivery purposes in line with a number of commercial development projects. 
• You will understand the detail of development viability which covers due diligence to mitigate risk when delivering development projects. 
• You must understand how to deliver a successful and profitable schemes within a Council/Local Authority setting. 
• The client is looking for someone with previous Council/Local Authority Experience to be considered for the role. 
• In depth knowledge and application of disposals and acquisitions.
