We are representing a new and exciting opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a growing UK based consultancy. With their Head Office based in Sunderland the firm have seen more demand in London and now require a chartered building surveyor who can be based in London.

The role requires the ability to work across a diverse selection of technical, professional and construction services for a broad range of companies and organisations within both the private and public sector. The consultancy have also recognised a growing demand within residential therefore the successful candidate is likely to have ideally 1-2yrs PQE within residential.

Initially this role will be on a work from home basis requiring site visits in London and occasional travel to Sunderland.

Main duties will include:
- Pre acquisition surveys
- Dilapidations
- Planned preventative maintenance
- Property Inspections
