ESTATES MANAGER

Salary £39,880 - £43,857 per annum

Torridge District Council is responsible for the management of a variety of premises across the District—from beach huts to business centres, the locations of the buildings are as varied as the communities that use them.

We are currently looking for an Estates Manager to join our Property Team to manage the authorities assets in the most efficient and effective way.  The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative in the day-to-day operation of the estate.
