Asset Manager/Investment professional - Birmingham - Growing Property Company
A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a surveyor who is experienced in asset management and investment to join a growing property company.
The day to day role will be a mixture of adding value to the portfolio through hands on asset management, looking at other deals and portfolios to invest in and also looking at development opportunities with potential to convert/refurb.
The Propco has a number of assets under management and further opportunities in the pipeline and so need an additional professional to join in order to expand the business.
Salary Circa £40-50,000 + Bonus
