Associate Director | Healthcare

We are working closely with a market leader, who have recently won multiple large scale projects. Following the excellent news, they now need a collaborative, driven, and dynamic Project Manager to join their highly successful team!

The consultancy support the delivery of projects £100m+ typically within the; mixed-use, commercial, and PRS sectors and currently have some phenomenal live projects within these spaces. With that being said, the initial focus for the appointed Project Manager will be to join the Healthcare division following the Governments recent decision to make a substantial investment into this sector.

The appointed Project Manager will support the delivery of multiple projects exceeding £100million! Understandably at this level, a strong track record of delivering large scale projects within the healthcare sector will be almost essential.

Requirements:

• MRICS/AssocRICS (preferred)
• Design & Build experience
• Exposure to the healthcare sector (essential)
• Exposure to projects exceeding £10 million (essential)
