Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a well-known, well regarded property consultancy who are seeking an additional commercial property manager to join the successful Glasgow team. The role is to focus on providing best in class property management services to a range of local and national clients predominantly in the industrial sector. The role requires an F/MRICS surveyor who has a background in rent, service charge and insurance collection; management of service charge budgets; site inspections; data input & risk management; report writing and clients liaison. The post would suit a professional from a similar property consultancy environment, around the Senior Surveyor level. F/MRICS qualification would be preferred although not 100% essential. Salary and package will reflect experience, (circa £35 - £40,000) plus car allowance and usual benefits.
