Job Details
A Lancashire based property owner/occupier is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a highly varied role looking after a mixed commercial portfolio - office, industrial, retail, etc. The role itself will incorporate rent reviews, lease renewals, service charge management, basic valuations, asset management initiatives, etc. MRICS is preferred however experienced APC candidates with strong L&T background will also be considered - APC support provided if necessary.
