Job Details
A client-side flexible office leasing company is looking for a Senior Ratings Surveyor to join the team.
Ideally you will be 4-10 years PQE and with great expeirence of:
- Managing and progressing your own casework
- Carrying out property inspections and measurements as appropriate
- Achieving rates savings via the Check, Challenge, Appeal process and pursue all other opportunities for saving
- A benefit would be knowledge of the L&T process; rent reviews and lease renewals
- Must be MRICS Qualified
