As a result of unprecedented demand for their services, they are seeking a broadly qualified Chartered Surveyor to undertake a full professional workload across NORTH AND WEST LONDON for the purposes of:
- House Purchase (Private Valuations, Condition Reports, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys).
- Party Wall Work
- Lease Extension / Enfranchisement
- Inheritance Tax / Probate / Matrimonial
- Capital Gains Tax
- Compulsory Purchase
- Licence to Alter
- Residential Portfolios
- HMO’s / ATED’s
- Residential Development Schemes
- Rental Valuations
The successful chartered surveyor will ideally be a member of the Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS) and have experience of building pathology / defect analysis.
Remuneration for the successful chartered surveyor will comprise a basic salary between £55-60k to start with commission at 10% of fee income and a generous mileage allowance.
