Senior MEP/M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am currently working alongside an internationally recognised independent property consultancy who are on the hunt to add a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to their office in South London.

With a headcount of 50 in their building consultancy division, you will be joining a team of 5 to support on a variety of different projects on all things M&E; sectors include Residential, Education, Leisure, Retail and Healthcare.

The general culture of the firm is a real family vibe; despite the pandemic they have organised social events when possible to keep the feeling of togetherness running throughout the office during this difficult period.

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience for a consultancy
• Proficient understanding of all M&E packages
• Strong client facing
