Rural Surveyor - Utilities
My client is a leading firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors operating across a wide range of sectors. Due to major contract wins and growth of the business they are looking to recruit a highly motivated Surveyor to manage the Oxford utilities team.

The Role:
Travel for meetings to remote/rural locations.
Ability to assist with the growth of the business.
Direct contact with well-known utilities and infrastructure clients.
Identifying new business development opportunities.
Advising on CPO and DCO schemes specifically within telecoms, oil, gas & electricity.

The Candidate:
Preferably MRICS qualified but not essential.
A background in utilities.
Strong project management skills with the confidence to communicate and negotiate.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Happy to work within a team as well as independently.
Proactive to grow your career.
Excellent interpersonal skills and have a solution focus approach.
