Are you an immediately available Valuation Professional? Seeking a fresh challenge and your next role? Well give me a call, I may have what you are looking for. Macdonald & Company are partnering with a national organisation seeking to hire an experienced Chartered (F/MRICS) Surveyor who also ideally holds Registered Valuer Status. The role will entail undertaking valuation appraisals across the full commercial property sectors (retail experience would be particularly favourable). The chosen individual must have a demonstrable track record in this kind of work and also be fully proficient to operate autonomously. The position will be predominantly home/remote based, reporting into the office periodically. This organisation would consider a permanent employee (circa £40/45,000) or would also consider a freelance / interim alternative (circa £25-35p/hr). Geographically, you must have access to cover the wider Yorkshire region and be prepared to travel accordingly.
