Associate Quantity Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is delighted to be supporting a valued client of ours in their search for an Associate Director of Quantity Surveying, based in the City Centre of Leeds.

The appointed Associate Director will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects ranging from but not exclusive to Education, Commercial, Hotels, Residential and Industrial.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow the team in Leeds with full autonomy and act upon any potential business development opportunities.

Requirements of the Associate Director of Quantity Surveying:

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public-sector clientsAbility to manage/train less experienced members of staffA proven track record in business development and securing repeat and new businessSolid technical competence and service delivery

On offer for the Associate Director of Quantity Surveying:

The position has a very attractive salary of between £60,000 to £70,000Car allowance of £4,000Defined progression to Director based on performance. Discretionary bonus based on business and personal performanceHealthcare Professional subscriptions paidLife Assurance
