Project Manager | Boutique Firm

I am working closely with one of the most interesting firms in the London market! This slick outfit are looking to appoint a Project Manager into their team who will be crucial to the companies development over the coming years with involvement in delivering some of the most iconic live and future development across London and the UK.

This is not your traditional consultancy… and they aren’t trying to be! Although they have been established for less than 20 years, they are arguably renowned as one of the best firms within their space. Already, they have gained the trust of a range of clients because of their excellent track record and market knowledge. They have a real blend of clients ranging from your large developers, to global technology firms.

The appointed Project Manager will be involved in delivering some phenomenal developments typically across the residential, commercial, mixed-use, and retail sectors, all to a very high specification. Within this position, the Project Manager will gain exposure to all aspects of the project lifecycle, achieving professional and personal development, and learning from the best about how to really showcase your skillset and value to existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

• MRICS/ AssocRICS (preferred)
• Strong experience within the residential and/or commercial sectors
• 3/5 year’s experience delivering projects (essential)
• Design and Build experience
