A fantastic client-side Property Surveyor role, combining Surveying, Property Management and Project Management.

Description

Ensure Properties are compliant with HSE Guidelines, Fire risk and other statutory compliance requirements

Appoint and supervise service providers, contractors, solictors, agents etc.

Property surveying

Schedule of works

Project Manage planned maintenance

Review tenant applications. Assist in any sale, purchase or new lease negotiations.

Profile

Capable of working on your own initiative

Able to build relationships, a strong communicator

Demonstrable track record in Property Surveying/Property Management, within a combination of Residential and Commercial ideally.

Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards
