Intermediate QS/EA

Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in the south east of London. They operate across a variety of sectors however, this role is to provide services to their residential and regeneration sector on projects valued from £500k to £400m. The main workload is around the Sussex area at the moment with the offer of flexible working to be applied if you live locally to the site, instead of the office. They are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/EA to help bolster the team due to continued growth year on year.

The client has multiple offices but this role is to work out of their head office in the South East and be part of the bigger team environment. They have managed to create a fantastic culture to bring out a family feel for the business and instil the right mind-set for success. The key aspect of their culture is the strides they have taken, by leading the way, to improve the standard of delivery within the construction industry, with this being embodied in everything they do.
