Chartered Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers, specialising in the high-end section of the market including luxury hotels and high-quality homes & apartments. The team cover new build and refurbishment projects, listed buildings and occupied premises.
Our client is in a period of growth so a very good time to join the company if you are interested in working at the top end of the market and to have autonomy on projects.

- Recently awarded framework for a high-end department store. Approached directly by the client due to previous experience of delivering an exceptional service.
- High End Residential Project in Mayfair, London consisting of a triple basement. This is an interesting project with tough logistics due to the size of the project and the area being built.
- Apartment development in dubai.
- £6m one off Property for a well-known TV celeb.
- Commercial to Residential conversations in St Pauls.
- A Boutique Designer Hotel in Soho, London.
- Luxury Hotel & Restaurant
- International projects in locations such as Paris, Caribbean, Spain and Dubai so there is opportunity to travel and gain experience abroad in the future.

Requirement
Our client has a requirement for a Project or Senior QS to join the team.
Interested in meeting those from consultancy/developer/contracting backgrounds but you should have experience across the sectors that our client covers, detailed above.
This is a hands-on role and you will gain experience working with MRICS QS's and PM's.
APC support provided.
There is also the opportunity for QS's to become involved in Project Management on some projects.
You will be running your own schemes, maybe 3 at any one time.
Must be client facing and keen to work closely with clients while developing relationships.
