Associate Quantity Surveyor

A commercially driven, confident and highly positive Associate Director is now required to join an international, award winning Cost Consultancy in Birmingham.

The established consultancy are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take the next step as an Associate Director, or alternatively an already established Associate who brings an extensive background of Quantity Surveying with them.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to get involved with business development, client relations and delivering winning tenders.

The Role

The Quantity Surveyor will be give the freedom to work in any sectors that provide strong evidence of working busines, you will be given the strongest of support from the Directors and be able to support the recruitment of further Quantity Surveyors into the team.

Sectors will include:

• Commercial
• Residential
• Aviation
• Luxury Hotel & Residential
• Education

The Quantity Surveyor

The consultancy would like to see a minimum of 10 years work experience, including;

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS
• Experience with Business development
• Driven attitude
• Build relationships
• Ability to support growing Quantity Surveyors

• £70,000 - £80,000
