The Challenge
The Estate Facilities Manager (EFM) is the single DIO point of contact at the Establishments they have responsibility for.
They are accountable for ensuring the service provision is provided at the sites they are allocated working collaboratively with Colleagues, Customers and Contractors to deliver effectively.?
As an EFM you will be responsible for ensuring service provision for both Hard and Soft FM is delivered to specific establishments, adhering and conforming with all agreed DIO TLB processes and operating procedures.
Main Responsibilities
As an EFM working within DIO Regional Delivery you will be responsible for managing the contracts for both Hard and Soft FM on the relevant establishments, following the TLB procedures. The EFM will utilise the IT systems supporting these contracts. Carrying out assurance activities to ensure KPIs are met.
Manage and co-ordinate contract assurance, compliance and any audit and H&S inspection as defined in the contract
DIO Regional Delivery South West, Service Delivery Area 19 is based from MOD Lynham. This EFM position will have a primary responsibility for Trenchard Lines (Upavon), DNBC Winterbourne Gunner, Ludgershall Railhead and RAF Boscombe Down. We offer a flexible base location for this role and will therefore enable either MOD Lyneham or Trenchard Lines as a duty station.
