I am currently collaborating with a global leader in the Residential and Commercial Property Consultancy sector. This is an opportunity to join a high performing team with a desirable and established business. The opportunity is for a Workspace Consultant to join the team to support on workspace strategy projects.

The business was founded in the 1890's, it has over 500 offices worldwide and ~20,000 employees. They are a well-known business with a global identity. They are experts in providing real estate services across all disciplines.

The Strategic Consultancy team is made up of professional and experienced individuals. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a data led approach to support reports, studies, and presentations. You will carry out data collection and factual analysis for the presentation of surveys and workshops to clients.

The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills coupled with an aptitude for data collection and interpretation. You will have a strong understanding for the basis of behaviour and the workplace. It is essential to have AutoCAD experience.
