Senior Quantity Surveyor - Contractor

I met with the Director of a construction firm yesterday who, due to growth in project pipeline are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Initially you would be stepping in to be involved in a Stratford based office conversion to circa 160 micro flats as well as a part new build, part extension of an existing mid-high end Residential Development in Clapham.

The role will include leading on budgets, carrying out take-offs, valuations and awarding packages, with a real opportunity to evolve into spearheading the Quantity Surveying side of this firm as it continues to grow and will therefore requires a confident, competent and experienced man/woman for the job!

Required:

-      Industry related qualification

-      Minimum 7 Years QS experience as contractor

-      Previous experience working across a range of sectors on contracts over £10m

-      Ability to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills
