Location: London Bridge

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + bonus

An award winning multi-discipline practice is expanding their Building Surveying team with the addition of an Associate.

The London Bridge based organisation are looking to build on their ongoing success by adding an experienced Associate Building Surveyor to the division. The firm has a healthy pipeline of work and we are looking for someone with the appetite to progress their career further.

My client work across a variety of sectors including education, commercial, private and public residential. You will manage a small team of surveyors and will play a key part in client development, financial forecasting and overall growth of the department.

About you;

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Excellent technical building surveying knowledge
• Management experience
• Fee earning experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Commercially minded
