Chartered Building Surveyor

Multi-disciplinary Consultancy working throughout the UK are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial building surveying to join their London office. You will be joining a company who offer a flexible approach in order to provide solutions which meet their client's expectations.

You will be part of a team providing services predominantly in Party Walls, Dilapidations and Building Surveys. 

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified and be within an hour's commute of London as most of the work out of the London office is based in London or the South East, although they do have some clients further afield but the main work will be London based. 

The skills required include:

> Dilapidations
> Party Wall issues
> Contract Administration
> Specification preparation
> Project Management
> Feasibility Reports
> Building Surveys
> Commercial refurbishment projects

You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and ideally be confident in business development.

Salary offered will be in the region of £45 to £55k basic, depending on experience but could be higher for the ideal candidate. 

Package is dependent on qualifications and experience and they offer a pension, matching up to 3% of salary, private healthcare and cash plan. There is also a performance related bonus scheme based on billing and company performance.
