Our Client: Multi-disciplinary practice of chartered surveyors and property consultants

Projects: Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Housing, Leisure, Retail and Conservation.

Company Headcount: 10 - 20

Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor:

MRICS qualifiedStrong Project and Professional Building Surveying with a passion for party wall and dilapidation workAbility to use AutoCAD software

Role of the Chartered Building Surveyor:

Undertake party wall issues, dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration and preparation of specificationsWorking with external architects with the preparation of specifications and drawings Construction design and detailing, building Regulation and planning applications, project management, feasibility reports Previous experience of conversion work and commercial refurbishment projects
