A leading national property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Chartered Surveyor to join their growing team in the Midlands. This is a well-established business that has remained stable throughout the lockdown period and is now continuing to expand.

They have been winning a significant amount of new instructions and this trend looks set to continue. This is a highly varied role, undertaking the full spectrum of rural/utilities work including; supporting clients with major infrastructure projects and advising on associated land related issues, negotiating with landowners and occupiers of all types of property to acquire rights in land, providing land agency support on pipeline repair projects and upgrades, as well as estates management including; freehold and lease hold property management, rent reviews, lease renewals, and supporting planning applications.
