Job Details
My client, a family style firm based down in beautiful South West London, is looking to bring a Commercial Property Manager on board to help with the day to day running of the portfolio. Their clients span HNWIs, prop cos and family trusts. The majority of the portfolio is offices with some retail thrown in for good measure. This is very much a day to day management role so a strong knowledge of service charge and the RICS code is essential. On offer is the chance to work as part of a wonderful group of people where work life balance is at the heart of everything they do.
