A growing independent building surveying and project management specialist is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their London offices.

My client is a modern organisation who predominately operates in the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. They pride themselves on delivering accurate property advice across the built environment. Due to an increase in workload an opportunity in the team has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor.  

This role is ideal for a competent surveyor from a commercial projects background. You will manage several large schemes from inception to completion, clients range from developers, investors and high net worth individuals. Project values vary from £300k up to £5million. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have strong technical knowledge and have the appetite to continue their career progression.

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
