Quantity Surveyor

A dedicated and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor is now needed to support an established Cost Consultancy in Cambridge.

Based only 10 minutes from the station the successful Quantity Surveyor will join a growing team of Quantity Surveyors in their dedicated and hard working team.

The Quantity Surveyor would need to provide evidence of recent project experience within Education, Healthcare, Heritage and Public sector. A clear understanding of Pre & Post contract duties is required.

The Company

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation that has over 35 years of experience and project exposure. The Consultancy pride themselves on their ability to support staff, retain quality clients and continuously expand their network.

Due to recent projects being awarded to them, this company are looking for Quantity Surveyors to drive them forward and take on responsibilties to ensure client satisfaction.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 5 post grad years work experience, including;

• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS preferred / some APC completed
• Pre & Post contract duties
• Client facing
• Recent Health, Residential, Heritage or Education sector experience
