Senior/Associate M&E Quantity Surveyor

I am currently on the hunt for an experienced Senior/Associate M&E QS who is seeking to progress up the career ladder with a reputable consultancy based in the City.

As the ‘go-to-guy’ (or girl) on all things M&E, you will be solely responsible for supporting on all projects in the business, with most schemes ranging anywhere from £20m to £50m. With a large portion of them in the super high-end residential sector, they have most recently ventured into other works covering hotels, retail and mixed-use buildings.

Having previously touched on the unrivalled career progression this opportunity can offer, each level within the business requires you to reach certain competencies before being promoted; this means you will not need to wait for someone above you to leave, resulting in the option to work your way up to an equity partner should you have the ambition to do so.

What my client is looking for:

• 8+ years’ M&E consultancy experience
• Strong pre-contract knowledge
• Able to advise clients on all M&E queries
