Job Details

A chartered Quantity Surveying practice are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their diversely skilled Quantity Surveying team in London.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a young, modern, and progressive practice who have built a strong reputation for delivering an array of residential projects alongside their adjudication department.

Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver residential projects, spend time with adjudications, and support the junior surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS
  • Excellent contract knowledge - JCT and NEC
  • Residential, project experience
  • Good management skills
  • Exposure, experience, or interest in adjudications would be beneficial
