Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

A growing multi-discipline practice in Kent is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their projects team.

My client is a proud member of the Building Top 150 Consultancy list. They have developed a reputable reputation in the built environment and have been growing from strength to strength. The organisation work across a variety of sectors including; public housing, private residential, education, property development and the Ministry of Defence.  

Due to an increase in workload a position has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the team assisting with projects which range from £50k to £2million. This is a traditional building surveying role with a strong emphasis on project management. We are looking for a motivated surveyor who will assist on several schemes across the South East. You will lead programmes from inception to completion alongside one of the Directors.

About you;

• BSc in Building Surveying
• Proven project experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
