Associate Director - Commercial & Residential

Our client is a friendly, private construction consultancy based in London and the South West. They are looking to expand their team and find an Associate Director or a Senior level Project Manager ready to step up to work on Commercial and Residential Projects.
This Role will be responsible for overseeing a range of residential and commercial projects of a construction and refurbishment nature. Contract values will vary between £50,000,000 and £60,000,000. You will be required to project deliver and also manage and mentor a team, maintain and build on existing client relations and Business develop new clients to support the continued growth of this consultancy. This is a real hand on role that would suit an individual that is looking to climb the ladder of success quickly.
Key components of this job role include:
- Taking ownership for successful delivery of projects
- Providing guidance and direction to the team
- Managing design teams
- Planning and progress monitoring
- Effectively communicating with all parties
- Identifying and managing risks
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a relevant discipline as well as an impeccable knowledge and understanding of services on building projects, involving new-build and refurbishment work. You should also have proven experience in project management, specifically in team management and successful project completion.
