Interim Estates Surveyor - Council - 12 Months – East Midlands – Homeworking – Competitive rate £ 

My Local Authority Client based in the North East is currently looking for an interim Estates Surveyor to join the team on a 6 month contract. Due to Covid19, the role will initially be home based with a view to be in the office once social distancing has been lifted in line with government guidelines.

Skills/Roles/Requirements:

-You must be a MRICS or ARICS qualified as they are looking for a Surveyor who can work on a range of Estates Management work including rent reviews, lease renewals, disposals, service charges, day to day tenant issues as well as some valuations work.

-They also require someone who has a good understanding of the processes around acquisitions and investment of Council owned property.

-Council experience preferred but not required.
