Job Details

A modern, forward-thinking Property Consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join their young, dynamic Quantity Surveying team in Surrey.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a proactive team of Directors across a myriad of high end residential and commercial schemes, providing pre and post contract duties.

You will also have the opportunity to run your own projects, independently.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS
  • 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
  • Driving licence
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Residential or commercial project experience would be beneficial
  • Professional and excellent communication skills
