Job Details
I am working with a thriving commercial real estate consultancy based in the heart of Manchester. Due to expansion, they are looking for a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
The organisation is client focused and provides award winning service across multiple discipline's. You will be focusing on refurbishments, project management and producing building surveys. You will join an office that has a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture, with 5 other surveyors in your team and 35 in the office.
The successful candidate will be an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with 5 years post-qualified experience, ideally within a commercial environment. Must have knowledge of JCT suite of contracts and the ability to work autonomously.
You will be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and bonus. The office is in central Manchester, within walking distance of Piccadilly Station and an array of local amenities.
