Head of Cost Planning - London - Residential Developer
A leading London developer of high-rise residential projects requires a Head of Cost Planning to join their growing business.
The business has multiple live projects, with a very strong pipeline of larger schemes coming through planning.
Your role will be involved within the pre-construction team, with responsibility for new residential projects.
You will manage a team in cost planning reporting to the Pre-Construction Director.
You will previously have significant, residential cost planning experience within a London developer.
This is an exciting role to develop your career in a growing business.
