Job Details

A multi disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor for an impressive, £0.5 Billion pound Healthcare project in Brighton.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work independently, with support from the London cost management team, on a major healthcare project. You will be involved throughout the projects life cycle and be expected to carry out pre and post contract roles.

A unique project supported by a well established consultancy who will support the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor throughout the project.

The Quantity Surveying Requirements

  • Major project experience
  • Healthcare sector experience
  • MRICS
  • Consultancy/PQS background
  • Able to work in Brighton for 3+ days a week
  • Confident
  • Extensive Pre and Post contract knowledge
  • Able to work independently
