Graduate Surveyor

I am collaborating with one of the most leading and highly sought-after consultancy brands in the global property industry, for a Graduate Surveyor position in Edinburgh. They are looking to bring a motivated and driven graduate into their UK Living & Advisory team, for their healthcare portfolio across the North of the UK.

The team provides professional services across all healthcare assets: primary healthcare property, private hospitals, and senior living. Your role will be focused on healthcare valuation; however, you will be given full support and comprehensive APC rotations to ensure RICS qualification.

The successful applicant will hold a RICS accredited degree in Real Estate, Surveying or Valuation and some prior property experience is essential. Experience in healthcare or valuation is desired.
