I am currently representing a brand new client of mine who are keen to build on their recent success by taking on a Project QS to join them in Surrey.

After experiencing a very positive period in a time where most firms have struggled, my client is now looking to follow through with their 30 year plan to become a powerful force within the industry in the coming years. This is being spear-headed by 5 directors who are aiming to bring on board 4 people a year, with the goal behind this strategy to grow the business organically, and internally promote members of staff going forwards.

Whilst they are best known for their expertise on high-end residential schemes, their reputation and good work with existing clients has led to expanding their services into the Hotel and Commercial sectors, providing an interesting and varied portfolio.

The ideal candidate:

• Intermediate to Project level QS
• Experience leading their own projects
• Desire to learn Employers Agent role
• In the process of undertaking APC
