Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am currently working alongside a nationally recognised multi-disciplinary consultancy who are currently seeking to add a chartered Senior QS with project management experience to their team in London, based near London Bridge.

Due to current affairs, the consultancy are now looking to build upon their healthcare team, with current project values estimated between £10m - £100m. Exposure to other sectors will also be available further down the line so you will not be pigeon-holed.

With a headcount of 70+, the firm place high-importance on staff retention and career progression; members of the leadership team have worked their way up from Graduate to Associate Directors in the first 6 years of their career.

The firm are close-knit with a real family-feel working environment but are also flexible with working from home when needed.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years’ experience
• MRICS
• Project management experience
• Strong client facing
• Happy to lead their own team going forwards
