Job Details

A Property and Construction Consultancy are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who can strengthen their close knit, London office.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will work across a mixture of residential/affordable housing projects as a Quantity Surveyor (cost consultant) and Employers Agent.

You will also be involved in building new relationships with clients (business development) and help manage the Quantity Surveying team in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • Cost consultancy/PQS career experience within the UK
  • MRICS preferably
  • Residential /Housing Associate project experience
  • Client facing
  • Business development experience
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
