Established Property and Construction Consultancy
My client is a reputable property and construction Consultancy, having been established since the 1970s. They have a range of clients, including blue chip and high end residential companies and are currently looking to expand their London team with a MRICS Building Surveyor.
In your new role you will have varied instructions however you will be focusing mainly on party walls and dilapidations, you will also be expected to pick up stock condition surveys. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits. This role has flexibility, where you will be in the office and on site. The head office is based in the City of London, with close transport links via Cannon Street and Liverpool Street Station being within a 15 minute walk.The successful candidate will be a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualified experience.
