Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonus

One of the UK’s leading multi-discipline practices is looking to add a Senior Building Surveyor to their West End offices.

My client is a dominant force within the commercial property industry and has a reputable reputation within the built environment. They manage a prestigious client portfolio which includes; developers, investors and high net worth individuals.

Due to an increase in workload an opportunity has arisen within the building surveying division for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join the team. You will work across both project and professional disciplines, manage multiple schemes and identify business development opportunities.

About the role;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Dilapidations
• Expert witness
• Party wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Project monitoring
• Defect analysis
• Planned maintenance programmes

About you;

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Strong technical awareness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
