Investment Analyst - London
An actively acquiring BTR developer is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their growing team where you will be responsible for making recommendations on the acquisition of residential development sites across London.
Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis of new and already contracted investment opportunities to help guide investment decisions.
- Producing investment memorandum and equity/debt materials.
- Gather market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working across investment or asset management.
- Highly numerate with strong financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience producing investment material.
- Degree educated in a related discipline including finance, business management, real estate, or economics.
Salary up to £45,000 with a competitive bonus and benefits package.
