The business employs like-minded professionals who possess great commercial awareness and have either come from a larger consultancy or private practice. They deliver a best in class service providing building surveying and project management advice within the commercial, retail, hotel, and high-end residential space.
The opportunity would suit somebody who is looking for a commercial diet and the opportunity to work with clients that you would typically find at a large corporate. These clients range from institutions, through to developers, occupiers, landed estates to name a few. The opportunity will be project bias, acting either as contract administrator or project manager, and there will also be an element of professional services such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, and some expert witness.
The opportunity would suit a chartered building surveyor MRICS, up to 2 years PQE. You will be confident in running your own projects, as well as capable to manage expectations from some of the industry’s most prestigious clients.
