Requirements of the Chartered Building Surveyor - TDD:

MRICS qualified Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in technical due diligenceAble to undertake land and property condition and building services assessmentsExperience in cost modelling across all property sectors and construction types (including allocating responsibilities for and apportionment of costs - landlord, tenant, or service charge recoverable)Project / Portfolio management for TDD acquisition and disposal projectsStrong client facing skills
