Chartered Building Surveyor / Employers Agent

Our client is a longstanding property consultancy based in London. Due to new and repeat business, they require a chartered building surveyor with experience in employers agent and project related duties.

The business employs circa 50 staff providing the full array of building consultancy services including building surveying, project management, cost management, CDM, architecture and more. The building surveying team cover all aspects of surveying ranging from acquisition to asset management, contract administration, neighbourly matters, employer’s agent, surveys as well as FRA. 

The opportunity would suit a chartered building surveyor, who is project bias with experience in employers agent and contract administration duties. The business is looking for somebody to help drive business and play an instrumental part in servicing a number of key relationships within the housing, leisure and education space. 

You will be expected to be hands on, preparing and producing specifications for works, tender reports, conducting site meetings as well as motivating a leading a team.

The opportunity is challenging and has great prospects for the successful surveyor.

In turn the business will pay a solid basic salary up to £60,000, plus pension, bonus, healthcare, 23 days holiday and more
