An opportunity has been created for a senior chartered building to help lead develop the service line for a well-established consultancy in Leicester.
The business provides expert advice across an array of disciplines within the built environment, working with clients ranging from investors, through to occupiers, trusts, university’s, public sector oragnisations and more.
The building surveying department is diverse and provides a mix of project and professional related duties, with great diversity across their client base. You will be playing a critical role in assisting the building surveying service line, managing and developing a broad range of clients.
Your day to day duties will consist of providing professional services advice to a portfolio of clients within the residential and commercial property sector. You will be instructed to act as project manager / contract administrator, on small to large refurbishments, as well as managing a very talented team.
The business is looking for a chartered building surveyor via RICS. You will have experience in delivering projects valued up to £1m, with a business minded approach, continuously seeking opportunities to develop and win business.
You will have a strong technical background, with commercial awareness and good communication skills. As you will be working within close knit team, you must be a team player, and somebody who enjoys responsibility and working in an autonomous role when needed.
