Property & Facilities Manager

This Property & Facilities Manager role is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a demonstrable track record of being responsible for all property and facilities management of a multi building (commercial or mixed use) site.

You will be responsible for managing over 12 buildings on a day to day basis reporting directly into the Operations Director.

This role would suit someone who has a track record of receiving handover of new builds from contractor,s project management of snagging issues, overseeing fit outs, establishing a service charge budget for each building, experience of setting up suitable procedures and contracts with service providers, monitoring KPIs and outputs, has exceptional customer facing skills and enjoys tenant liaison.
